Legal Policy programme
Justice for Wildlife
We leverage laws and technology to empower law enforcement and disrupt criminal networks that trade in wildlife.
Anchor project
WITS
Wildlife Information Tracking System
WITS transforms fragmented incident reports into a unified intelligence layer. Wildlife crime is recorded in dozens of places and formats — court registries, ranger logs, seizure records — and almost none of it talks to each other. The system exists to close that gap.
Prosecutors build stronger cases from evidence that was previously scattered across incompatible reports.
Rangers identify patterns before crimes occur, rather than reconstructing them afterwards.
Policymakers drive structural reform backed by irrefutable evidence.
