Education & Awareness
We engage learners directly rather than lecturing to them.
How we work
- Debates
- Poetry
- Creative writing
- Participatory activities
LAPA partners with primary and secondary schools across Africa to cultivate a conservation ethic among children and young people. Through debates, poetry, creative writing and other participatory activities, we engage learners directly rather than lecturing to them — inviting them to articulate, in their own words, why the protection of animals and ecosystems matters.
This approach builds both understanding and urgency, equipping young people with the language and confidence to advocate for the natural world.
In doing so, LAPA is investing in a new generation of lawyers, policymakers and conservation leaders who will carry this commitment into their professional and civic lives.
